LIZ MELLO, incorporates Somatic Experiencing tools in all the workshops she holds.
My workshops typically have foundation in Somatic Experiencing, utilizing the pillars of SE of slowing down time and space, taking "bite sized” pieces to work with, and creating a safe environment. Above all, I value creating a safe space for all participants, so that all may participate freely in a judgement free zone.
